Donation Acceptance Policy

Clothing and Accessories:

  • Must be in bags or boxes. ┬áPlease no loose clothing
  • Must be washed, free from stains or tears
  • Unable to accept loose and/or wet items and single shoes
  • Unable to accept loose wire hangers

Electronics/Appliances:

  • Unable to accept items with broken parts, not in working order and/or missing power cords
  • Televisions and computer monitors must be digital flat screens and no older than seven years old
  • Unable to accept natural gas appliances of any kind

Bedding:

  • Must be washed and free from stains or tears
  • Unable to accept bed pillows or mattresses/box springs

Furniture/Housewares:

  • Unable to accept any items with broken parts
  • Unable to accept any upholstered item with major stains, holes and/or tears
  • Unable to accept:
    • Sleeper Sofas
    • Executive Desks and Cubicles
    • Hospital Beds
    • Bed rails only accepted with headboard and footboard
    • Window Blinds with Cords
    • Automobile Parts (tires, wheels, batteries, etc.)
    • Household Building Materials (floor tile, paint, sinks, etc.)
    • Kerosene Lamps

Baby Items:

  • We will accept strollers and pack and plays for our clients if they are clean and in good condition
  • Due to federal and state regulatory recommendations, we are unable to accept USED:
    • Baby Car Seats
    • High Chairs
    • Cribs and/or Crib Mattresses
