Dial “2” for program information or “4” for enrollment
Due to the social distancing required to slow the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Partner Abuse Intervention & Prevention (PAIP) program is moving its services online until further notice. Clients will participate in virtual groups with their regular facilitators and peers. Groups will be held on the same day as your in-person groups, but may be available at different times most suitable for your privacy. Your facilitators will reach out to you with further instructions. All staff have temporary work cell phones they will use to contact you, so please save the number when they call, and use it to contact them during the pandemic. Because of this, it is important you provide your facilitators with your current phone number and email address. Some clients will not be able to participate in virtual groups due to a lack of technology or privacy in the home. We are working with our accreditors and your referral sources on that. All clients who participate in virtual groups and/or phone sessions will need to complete a “Virtual Confidentiality Form,” which can be accessed below. We reserve the right to exit participants who do not adhere to these policies.
We are now taking online payments for groups in the form of a debit or credit card. If you do not have either, you can purchase a Visa gift card from the same stores you purchased your money orders. Click on the “Payments Tab” at the bottom of the page to make your weekly payments.
The PAIP program provides BIPP services to clients referred by probation, diversion, CPS, parole, attorneys, and self-referral. The stresses caused by the pandemic can lead to more conflict in the home, and we believe it is crucial to continue to provide services during this time.
If you are a new client you need to call 817-548-0880 then dial “4” for English, and “3” for Spanish. The intake specialists will gather your information and place you on an intake wait list. Provide your personal, active phone number where you can be reached when it is time to schedule your virtual appointment. It is also helpful to have a working email address as well.
The intake specialists will answer your questions about the forms, which can be completed with a cell phone if you do not have access to a computer. On the day of your Orientation you will click the “Make A Payment” tab to make your first payment.
