When can I drop off donations?
We accept donations any time the store is open! Please do not leave donations unattended after hours.

Do you offer pick-up?
Due to staffing shortages, we are currently unable to offer pick ups.

Who do you benefit?
All proceeds benefit SafeHaven of Tarrant County, which provides 24-hour emergency shelters for victims of domestic violence, along with counseling, case management, legal support and transitional housing.

Do the items go to shelter?
We work with shelter staff to send what is needed to each shelter. Anything that is not needed at that time will be put out on the floor to be sold, and all the proceeds go back to SafeHaven.

If you are dropping off for a specific donation drive, please label your items "for shelter" and our staff will ensure it gets to clients!

What do you accept?
We accept most items, including clothing for men, women, and children of all ages. We accept most furniture (please see below for items we cannot take), housewares, accessories, kitchen electronics and other electronics in working condition, books, dvds, and records.

Due to regulations, we are unable to accept all items. If you have questions about certain items, please email bgbstaff@safehaventc.org.
